Victoria Ryder

I joined the team at NUH Life in January 2023 as Quality Manager, helping to ensure our ongoing HFEA compliance, working towards ISO 15189 accreditation and driving our clinic development strategy. I am also our Complaints Officer at NUH Life and responsible for patient feedback.

I am an HCPC registered Clinical Scientist, with over 13 years’ experience of working in fertility in clinical, operational and leadership roles. I bring a wealth of experience as a previous HFEA Person Responsible, IVF Lab Manager, Embryologist and Donor Coordinator. Working in fertility is a huge privilege, and I am passionate about providing ethical, transparent and compassionate fertility care to all.

Outside of work I enjoy travel (both far-flung exotic holidays and closer to home in my campervan), spending time outdoors, and singing very loudly in the gym to a variety of 00s classic
